Almost didn't get oesophagus as I've never seen it spelled without the first o before. Is that the standard American spelling?

Thank you :) Yes, I believe it is (at least that's what Wikipedia says). To be honest, English is not my mother tongue so I just used the one that fit better into the chain. It didn't even occur to me that it could confuse people like this, sorry
