2016 Olympics Sport Domination

Each Olympic sport includes many events. For each country give 5 points for a gold, 3 for a silver, 1 for a bronze, then divide by number of events. Which countries have achieved the highest averages in a single sport?
Answers appear in the following format: Country (#Golds #Silvers #Bronzes)
Example: Italy has a score of 2 for water polo since there are two events and it won a silver (worth 3 points) and a bronze (worth 1 point)

I don't understand why some sports, such as synchronized swimming, appear twice, with different answers.

because there's 2 countries "dominating" it, although I guess the one that is second can't really be dominating
