Need to make clear all letters must be in a single word - otherwise St. (or Saint) Vincent, St. (or Saint) Lucia, Czech Republic, North Korea, South Korea, South Sudan, São Tomé and Principe, Trinidad and Tobago & United States would all count. I admit - I only tested one of them!

If "Y" truly was a consonant in "Kyrgyzstan" it would be impossible to pronounce. Same about Cyprus.

Yeah. In English, Y can be both a consonant and a vowel. It depends on how it's pronunced in the given word.

+1 Y is a vowel in those words. Same for egypt, seychelles and syria.
