Country Neighbour Connect: Least Elevated, starting with World's Least Elevated

Always choose the least elevated neighbour, when left with no neighbors go back to the previous country and follow with second least elevated neighbor. In case of countries with same maximum elevation, you choose the one with lowest minimum elevation and, if it's still a draw, the one with lowest average elevation.
