Country Triplets in alphabetical order belonging to same Continent

When you list all countries in alphabetical order, occasionally you'll see 3 consecutive ones that belong to the same continent. Can you find all such combinations? The groups are listed in random order, and answers within the groups are in random order, too.
Numbers change colour depending on the continent.

Example: if Aghanistan, Albania and Algeria were in the same continent, they would make one of the triplets in the quiz

well that was hard. disturbingly enough the answers are not listed in alphabetical order, sometimes backwards and in one instance random.

Indeed it's hard. Would you consider giving us a bit more time? Especially having in mind the total randomness in the answers' order. But I love the idea! :)

Considering that the 'best sprinters' can type all country names in about 4 minutes I thought I should give a little less than that, but if other users ask for more time, too, I will increase it. Thanks for your comment. I got the idea partly from series of Country shooting gallery and partly from seeing 'blocks of the same colour' in Capital Cities listed by the alphabetical order of their country
