For each answer you are shown the number of letters as a hint.
Follow instructions carefully!!

1) The bodies of water you have to cross are: Bab-El-Mandeb, Strait of Gibraltar, Øresund, Gulf of Finland, Bering Strait (and Bosphorus strait, too, but that's not to change country)
2) You must visit all continental countries (eg you visit Malaysia but not Indonesia)
3) Each country is visited once only except a few cases for which you have hints in orange
4) If a country does appear more than once, it does so after a quick visit (or visits) to a neighbouring country
5) If more than one answers fits the # of letters, you'll be allowed to type any of the ones allow for a path that:
- fits the 5 water crossings
- fits with the next 3-4 # of letters
- doesn't force repetitions except the ones you have hints for
For the last countries you are not shown # of letters as only 1 path is possible
