Visit European Countries: move to bordering or jump to almost bordering country

Start in Ireland. Out of its bordering countries choose the first in alphabetical order whose name comes after Ireland. Keep doing this following these rules:
- if there's no bordering country whose name comes after in alphabetical order, choose the first one in alphabetical order
- if there's no bordering country, try again with countries bordering bordering countries, etc
Country Transits Distance: number of land borders you have to cross to reach a country (moving between different parts of the same country, eg going from France to French Guiana to St Martin does not count as a move)
You are shown the first letter of each country as a hint only if it's at least 3 borders away
Iceland and Malta are excluded since they are 'unreachable'

But Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory, and therefore not a part of the United Kingdom! You will see from the first sentence of this article.

My reasoning is that every part of Europe is part of a country in the JetPunk 'World Countries' so the Spain-Gibraltar border is a Spain-UK border - I think the example in the notes about French Guiana makes it clear that's the way the quiz is designed? Thanks for your comment, if you think I can make it clear in some other way please do tell!
