Katowice has about 300 000 habitants. I guess that whole 1M+ came from counting for the whole upper Silesia agglomeration which is bunch of cities.

Agreed, Johannesburg should definitely be on the list, on the other hand Cape Town is one of our three capital cities and should not be on the list.

Depending on your definition of "city" you should probably also have Ekurhuleni.

A definition of "city" would also be useful. For example, is Soweto (more than 1 million inhabitants) part of Johannesburg (also more than 1 million inhabitants). Historically not, but now they are run by the same municipality and I would see them as one city.

It isn't giving credit for the 137 countries that don't have a 1M city. (The first letter you type doesn't highlight them, like the instructions say it should.)

Can you accept 'Dar' for Dar es Salaam? And Cape Town should definitely be removed as an answer for South Africa, instead, there should be Johannesburg. And is it measured as city proper or as the urban area?

For some reason my eyes just skipped over Saudi Arabia lol, don't know how I didn't see that it was still beige. Also, (just backing up the other comments here) Dar is usually accepted for Dar es Salaam, Johannesburg is not a capital, and Cape Town is.

I think Sousse might be a mistake? I can't find anything saying even the metro area is anywhere near this big. Seems like it should be Sfax, whose metro area is slightly over 1M.

Please turn on Auto Type-ins for HCMC and Dar, which are accepted on 500 Largest Cities.
