Countries with most second neighbours

Two countries are second neighbours if they don't border each other but have at least a common neighbour. In other words, you have to cross two national borders to get from one to the other. Only land borders count.

For example, Haiti has one neighbour (Dominican Republic) but no second neighbours.

Not counting overseas territories.
