The World's 25 Most Beautiful Cities

I've never been to any of these - came close to Santa Fe a few times. I would definitely add San Francisco.

I'd rank Prague above most of the top 10. Also felt San Francisco was a strange omission. I like Beirut but #5 seems way too high. Also hard to imagine that a city in South Africa deserves to be on the list but I've never been there so... whatever maybe. Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, Washington, Boston, Singapore, Tokyo, London, Amsterdam... could all be added. Not sure what you'd kick off to make room, though. Dubai, too, maybe, though some people complain that it feels artificial and I can see their point.

All of these are accurate except maybe Vancouver and Barcelona. Vancouver felt very artificial (its beautiful, just not in the 25 in the world). Barcelona was EXTREMELY beautiful in certain portions, but other places were less than desirable. Venice, Paris, Siena, Quebec, and Krakow definitely deserve to be on there. Bruges and Budapest also should be higher, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Worst list ever for most beautiful cities. Barcelona? Really? Melbourne? Beirut? Santa Fe? Victoria? Quebec City? Charleston? San Miguel de Allende? I propose that we name Barcelona and Melbourne the most overrated cities in the world.

Weird list. Some are real, major cities (Melbourne, Barcelona, Paris, Rome), others are not (Bruges, Siena). Making a choice one way the other would make the list more coherent. And I don't understand how Lucerne misses the list.

I've been to every European city on this list except for Barcelona, Bruges, and Seville. St Petersburg was much more beautiful than any of them. I'd rank Tokyo and Moscow over most of these, as well. And what about Amalfi?
