Harry Lange
This make-up artist created the early hominids for Kubrick's 2001 before going on to create Chewbacca and Yoda.
Stuart Freeborn
This special effects artist invented the method of filming models that allowed them to apear to fly past the screen. He helped found ILM with George Lucas, and later went on to do the special effects for the original Battlestar Galactica.
