Please, keep in mind that Pandora has been interview on Saturday, so "things" happened since. Thank you for your comprehension!
baptistegorce: Hello Dodoma! Ready?
Pandora49: Yes! Let's start this interview!
baptistegorce: Don't I usually say this...? Ok, so first question: could you present yourself on JetPunk quickly for our readers who don’t know you?
Pandora49: Hi! I'm Pandora49 on JetPunk as you may already know. I'm 12 years old and am in 7th grade (Year 8). I'm pretty active on JetPunk, as it is my third most visited website. I especially love making map quizzes and using Inkscape, an SVG editor. I first found out about JetPunk in late 2019 (around October) but didn't use it until March 21st of this year. JetPunk is a pretty good way to pass the time when I don't have anything else to do.
baptistegorce: You are probably one of the JetPunkers who comment the most everyday (I think). How many time do you spend on JetPunk each day, and what does a comment represents for you?
Pandora49: Well, I usually only spend around 2 hours on JetPunk-related things each day. I have a bad habit of commenting on everything which I really need to break (well, I have a lot of bad habits). I don't really have a comment that represents me, sorry.
baptistegorce: You are very influent in the blog JetPunk section. Did the Malki’s leaving change something? Who was him for you?
Pandora49: I made my first blog after I made my first few quizzes. It all started when I chose to click the 'Recent User Blogs' button and saw some fantastic, well-crafted blogs by talented individuals like Malkiboy and Stewart. I decided to try my hand at making my first blog, and it was a huge success. Since I already knew a little bit of html beforehand, it was not very difficult to format my first blog. I continued to make more blogs, inspired by those from other bloggers.
baptistegorce: Do you think, as Neil wrote a day in comment, that someone “has to be the next “Malkiboy”? Would you consider you as it?
Pandora49: I don't really know, this is a very good question. I've never really been much of a writer when it comes to realistic fiction, but I'm probably good at making informative blogs. It's really hard to consider myself as a "new Malkiboy" since I'm not very creative and all I ever do is write useless comments.
baptistegorce: One of your quizzes, All 100K+ Cities in the World on a Map, is first on the nominations leader board and will surely be featured in the few next days. It will be your first featured quiz (excepting one translation). What does it mean for you?
Pandora49: It makes me happy, honestly. I never thought I'd get a feature since my quizzes are not very good, but I don't really think I deserve the feature anyways. I mean, a quiz like that isn't very creative and original, anybody could just find the coordinates to 5,566 cities. Sure, it may be time-consuming, but other people had similar ideas and made variations of the quiz beforehand, which makes me feel as if I didn't really put much thought into it.
baptistegorce: Do you have big projects of quizzes or blogs in preparation?
Pandora49: Not currently. I have a few small quizzes I'm working on at the moment, but nothing big.
baptistegorce: What is the most important event in your own life of JetPunker?
Pandora49: I haven't been on JetPunk for that long, so I can't really say, but if the 100k cities quiz gets featured, I'll probably get a few more features ie the proximity version of the quiz, and that'll be a big thing!
baptistegorce: If you had to choose just three JetPunker for their quizzes, who will it be?
Pandora49: This is tough. Every JetPunker specialises in a different category of quizmaking. For example, Jiaozira, IAB, and CringeDragon have fantastic city-map quizzes, while users like Stewart make unique and original variations of existing quizzes. I'm really not sure, and if I did have an opinion, it would probably be biased.
baptistegorce: And for their blogs?
Pandora49: This one doesn't require as much thought as the previous question - definitely Malkiboy was a very talented and skilled blogger when he was on JetPunk, but I personally enjoyed reading harlemglobetrot's travel stories, Stewart's blogs regarding updates on JetPunk, and MG17's informative blogs. I also like Einstein100102's blogs about pieces of history.
baptistegorce: What are your passions in life, except JetPunk?
Pandora49: I really don't have any passions in life. I'm always depressed and have some health problems, like dementia/amnesia (memory loss) and can't really pursue anything, but hopefully it gets better! Sorry to disappoint.
baptistegorce: You were in the JetPunk Discord server, but you have been banned. Was it a good experience? Why? Do you have a message to pass about it?
Pandora49: It was unquestionably a really great experience, I've never truly talked with anyone from a distinctive nation and I never consider the beliefs/viewpoints of others since I am not uncovered to hearing those of others, so it was curiously to see how other people's day by day lives were like from around the world. The ban, well, I figure I deserved it, but by the time I was banned, I caught on exceptionally well that individuals from around the world have different convictions and belief systems which I should listen to them rather than disregarding them, which the world was an awfully different put, more differing than I could ever envision. Indeed in spite of the fact that I was prohibited it was a really great involvement that I ideally will not forget within the near future.
baptistegorce: What do you hope for JetPunk development in the next months?
Pandora49: No, not really. I suppose JetPunk could incorporate a few changes here and there, such as the ability to pin another user's comment, or to be able to make blogs private, but I don't want to ask for too much, because Stewart and Quizmaster are very busy and don't have much time to do things like this.
baptistegorce: This interview is now finished. Thank you a lot, Dodoma!
Pandora49: You're welcome, Poirot!
This fourth interview is, as you read, finished. I hope you enjoyed you reading. I just want to tell you two little things before ending:
-I try to ask question about JetPunk "actuality" (I know that Malki leaving is not really actuality because, as Abby said, "Malkiboy left ages ago", but ...), but I would like to know if you like this type of questions.
-Please, don't ask me to be the new interviewee. I choose. I'm the dictator of this blogs series, and nobody is able to change it (exept Quizmaster or Stewart, but I'm pretty sure they won't read this blog so...).
Thanks a lot for reading!
