My Summer and Where I Have Been

I am sure most or all of you reading this blog right now have been wondering where I have been these past couple of months, basically during the summer. You might think I had all the free time in the world compared to having a 6 hour school day, but I was also easily surprised at how wrong I was. I never thought that my summer this year would be very productive,  yet very time consuming and gave me almost no time to create blogs, or even be on JetPunk for more than 15 minutes each day most of the time.

I'm not going to be explaining all of the details quite yet, as there are still a lot of them I am going to forget about. But when school ended for me, we usually get a laptop where we can take to school and do homework at home. But since the school year ended, all students at my school had to give the laptops back, which meant I had to work on blogs and other projects on my PC. You might think there isn't a problem with this, but usually I enjoy having my privacy. I usually have a sort of "gaming room" in my house where my sister's toys and my brother and I's computers are. This might seem fine but my parents and mostly my brother are very nosy about what I do and I don't enjoy this at all. Yes, I do have a phone, but using it to make and post blogs is very time consuming, very unorganized, and overall just way more boring than usual. You might just think this is an excuse to spend some time away from technology and JetPunk, which really isn't true at all, since I had many other things to do over the summer, such as gardening and making my parents' house look pretty, prepare for a house renevation in the next couple of years, and much more, including 3 seperate vacations that I had to go on. I'm not saying these 3 vacations were a bad thing, it was just I had no time of my own to do my own things, as vacations are usually action-packed and don't normally organize much free time at all.

In this entire blog, I still haven't explained anything about the Blog Games. I am safe to say that I and ChineseChen are starting work for the second season of the Blog Games, but it will take some time to adjust back to the normal schedule to create the Blog Games. I will share a few new and old plans in this blog, but if you want more answers, we can answer as many questions as you need for us to answer for you in the comments if you please. First of all, we are planning to possibly make a new layout for the Blog Games, HTML based and not with the Blog Editor, so it will be a bit more customized and unique. We don't know how long this would take, as the last time we tried doing this, let's just say it didn't turn out so well :). (you can visit the HTML failure at the Season 1 Week 3 blog. Sorry for no link as well, I'm just trying to whip up something "quick".) Anyways, we will also consider working with other JetPunkers to judge the Blog Games for 1 week. This will come with a sacrifice although, that their blog cannot be graded if they post one on the week they volunteer to grade blogs. I haven't really heard of maybe a few or maybe a lot of new bloggers in the blogging section of JetPunk while I was away, so it would be nice to talk to a few of them as well. Any other suggestions would be appreciated to try to make Season 2 better than last season as well. (Not like last season was bad though either lol) You also might be thinking about the summer specials for the Blog Games that I haven't gotten to yet, and since I was busy, I didn't have the time to be able to make them, as well as not talking and working on it with ChineseChen as much over the summer. I still might make a summer special for late September, but I'm surely not making any promises.

I'm not sure too many people remember this series we created many months ago, but it was basically a story that me and ChineseChen created, mainly for entertainment by the viewer. It is about a time travelling soldier trying to fix the... honestly I forget about a lot of it, but we will possibly be returning the series maybe every month or so, if it isn't too much work for us.
