Famous Restaurant Unknown Orders #1: Starbucks Secret Menu

1. Wendy's Inspired Frosty Frappuccino (That's how you spell it!)

Yes, I know. Wendy's. However, this Frappuccino combines chocolate and caffeine (get your caffeine meter handy) in the best way. So what you wanna do is order a Grande Mocha Frappuccino, and ask for it to be topped with whipping cream. Then, you wanna add two pumps of vanilla syrup and mocha drizzle (who doesn't love sugar), and viola! There you have a Wendy's Inspired Frosty Frappuccino.

2. Key Lime Pie Refresher

You wanna order the Venti Kiwi Starfruit Refresher with no inclusions, add light coconut milk, then ask for vanilla sweet cream cold foam with one pump of funnel cake syrup blended in. This is optional, but please add the caramel crunch topping!!

And if you don't like key lime pie, please get out of my face.

3. Caribbean Refresher

Ahh yes...the Caribbean! But how can the Caribbean be in a Starbucks drink? Good question. Order a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade with no inclusions, aka the scoop of dragonfruit that usually comes in the drink. Then, ask for light kiwi juice and peach juice. To create the ruby hues, ask for one pump of raspberry syrup and light passion tea to be poured on top of the drink. 

Btw, if you wanna know the creator of this refresher, that would be Holly Walker, a Starbucks mastermind.

4. Strawberry Cobbler Refresher

So you can get a strawberry refresher I guess, but why not up the bar by getting a strawberry cobbler refresher?

Order a Venti Iced Green Tea, and ask for it to be shaken with coconut milk and strawberry puree. Add 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup and top with brown sugar cold foam and toasted honey topping. 

5. Pink-a-Colada

So it's like a pina colada, but so much prettier. You wanna order a Venti Pink Drink with no inclusions, add 4 pumps of pineapple ginger syrup, and top it off with vanilla sweet cream cold foam with 2 pumps of pineapple ginger syrup and strawberry puree blended in.

I mean srsly, how can you not like a "pink-a-colada?"

6. Minnie Mouse Frappuccino

Since we love our Disney Park copycat recipes, this one’s another pink-hued original courtesy of Totally the Bomb.

So you wanna be a mouse....

(....Converting to a mouse costume.....)

....and order up a Grande White Mocha Cream Frappuccino and ask for light strawberry puree, one scoop of java chips and one scoop of dragon fruit inclusions. Finish it off with some mocha cookie crumble topping.

This honestly sounds pretty good.

7. Orange Lemon Smoothie

Ok, I know everybody who's reading this right now is going through either two of these things in their mind:

1. Who in the world will think lemons are orange?? That's stupid. I don't blame you. But hey, let's make an exception.

2. Lemons can be orange??? I have to see this!

Yes, lemons can be orange. But as for that 1st way of thinking, umm, sure. Just go ahead and think our lovely lemons can't be orange.

After that ginormous intro, let's move on. Besides, its summer (if you live in the northern hemisphere...if you live in the southern hemisphere, I'm sorry to say, but you just have to be jealous), let's bring the tropics with us! Ughh, why am I so obsessed with talking?

Anyway, order up a Venti Blended Lemonade, and make sure you ask for the drink to be blended on the smoothie setting. Buy a bottle of orange juice from the Grab and Go section and ask them to blend about half the bottle in. Add 2 pumps of vanilla syrup, 2 pumps of classic syrup, top off with vanilla cold foam—and voila! It’s summer in a legit cup. Wooh!!

8. Blackberry Caramel Macchiato

I know caramel and blackberry aren't your everyday combo. But, over here, nuh uh uh. For this sweet and tangy drink, order a Venti Iced Macchiato, ask for a scoop of blackberries blended into the milk, and top with vanilla sweet cream foam blended with blackberries. Finish it off with blackberry inclusions and caramel drizzle.

9. Strawberry Shortcake Latte

Tangy strawberries, sweet vanilla, crunchy biscuit-there's nothing better than strawberry shortcake. Actually, there's a 100 things better than strawberry shortcakes. But needless to say, this is still a pretty good latte. So what you wanna do is get it in drink form by ordering a Venti Iced Latte blended with strawberry puree, add 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup and 1 pump of classic syrup, and top it off with vanilla sweet cream cold foam blended with strawberry puree. Finally, add on the strawberry inclusions and salted brown butter topping for a crunchy finish!

10. Dole Whip Frappuccino

What's Dole? It's this grocery store thingy-majig. But I'm pretty sure that's wrong in this context,  so I'm gonna go with the answer I don't know. It sounds like an orange to me for some reason, idk why. Whip's pretty obvious.

That aside, let's take a trip to Disney, and learn how to make a Dole Whip at home. Or like me, if you're feeling lazy, you can someone else to make it for you! For example: Starbucks. So what you wanna do is order a tall vanilla creme Frappuccino. Ask for six pumps of the pineapple ginger syrup. This step is optional, but you have to do it, I'm telling you. Add whipped cream.

Conclusion

Ok, so Starbucks has hundreds of more items on their secret menu, but I just wanted to give you a glimpse of what most people don't think of ordering. And besides, these are the ones that struck out to me the most.
