26. Montana- Bear Dance
So the thing with Montana is that they love naming towns after things that already exist. For example: Amazon, Montana and Anaconda, Montana.
But this is about Bear Dance. I guess this is the towns wear bears jiggle their bottoms and just dance.
Bear Dance is located Lake County. Lake County must have tons of lakes....while Bear Dance....
27. Nebraska- Funk
Funk idy funk funk. Looks like people really get into funk here. Funk is good though, ain't it?
Funk's county is called Phelps, and that also sounds a tad bit strange. Don't it?
28. Nevada- Deeth
So the thing with Deeth is that is sounds a lot like death. I'm not sure if that's a bad thing or not..
Deeth can also sound a little intimidating if you say it like teeth. But umm...for some reason...I really laughed at this one. I don't know why.
Deeth is located on Nevada State Route 230 in Elko County.
29. New Hampshire- Center Sandwich
Lmao, Center Sandwich. It's like you wanna be in the center of the universe. Or it's just that people want to be in between the bread in a pb and j sandwich. Whatever it is, I laughed at this one again.
I know I'm laughing at all of these, but I just can't resist.
New Hampshire's Center Sandwich is located in Carroll County.
30. New Jersey- Cheesequake
I'll try my best not to be biased here because New Jersey is my home state. But Cheesequake earns the spot in my opinion. It's literally like saying Cheesecake, but you don't want people to know you're saying it...if that makes sense.
Okay...so Cheesequake is located within Old Bridge Township within Middlesex County (pog pog, my county...sorry for being biased).
31. New Mexico- Truth & Consequences
First I would like to thank User Abby for suggesting this town to me. Truth & Consequences is quite a famous town, and I just can't get past it's name. Truth & Consequences. You must go through a lot of "consequences" here.
New Mexico also has towns like Elephant Butte (I love this one) and Angel Fire (not weird, but cool).
But Truth & Consequences...wow.
Anyway, Truth & Consequences do be the county seat of Sierra County.
32. New York- Horseheads
Ahh yes, Horseheads. So I guess people here have horse heads instead of human heads?
It sounds pretty interesting tbh.
But like Horseheads....it's Horseheads!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, Horseheads is located in Chemung County. Chemung is an interesting name, ain't it?
33. North Carolina- Boogertown
Boogertown. I'm not even gonna try to be childish here. But Boogertown. Why? Do even adults pick their boogers? That's just wrong...and I can't imagine. Me saying Boogertown is like adults saying there's a Deathwater in every state; but thank god there is only 1.
Boogertown is a town in Gaston County.
34. North Dakota- Concrete
Ahh yes. Concrete. Concrete, North Dakota is also a town name. How do I know that? America has the weirdest weird town names in the world. It's so weird...it's funny.
Everyone knows concrete is a big use of things...right? So why does a town name have to specify that by calling itself...that?
Concrete is in Pembina County. Pembina...why???
35. Ohio- Pee Pee
Ahh yes. Pee pee. I'm not even joking. Pee pee. Honestly, I'm getting sick of this now.
Pee Pee is located in Pike County, Ohio.
36. Oklahoma- Cookietown
Lol, I had tons of fun researching Oklahoma's towns. Looks like I'm getting unsick of this now. Oklahoma also had Slapout (😉), IXL (Indian Exchange Island- don't know how that makes sense), and Slaughterville.
But I chose Cookietown. Who doesn't love cookies? Except for non-cookie likers? Okay, bad joke. But you can get all the free cookies you want in this town.
Cookietown is located within Cotton County. I was almost about to say "located in Cotton Candy", but thank god I caught myself before I actually wrote it. But how awesome would that be?
37. Oregon- Zigzag
I know people wanted me to do Boring, Oregon. I was, until I found out Boring existed outside of Oregon too. So I chose Zigzag.
I know Boring would have been much funnier than Zigzag, but hey, it's Zigzag. Looks like we're in a zigzagged town. Get it?
Zigzag is located within Clackamas County. Clackamas sounds weird too..but I love saying Clackamas for some reason.

39. Rhode Island- Misquamicut
No offense, Rhode Island's towns just weren't funny. They were unique and weird, but they just weren't funny. It just makes me think, how do people make these names? Was it someone's last name? Then that would be interesting.
But here we have Misquamicut. I wouldn't know how to pronounce that, so don't ask me. But thanks to copy and paste...
My English teacher would be so mad if they saw this blog...and if you're reading this Mr. Poulos, sorry for the grammar mistakes. =}

41. South Dakota- Pukwana
Ahh yes. The city of Pukwana. I misspelled this name as "Pukwanan" before, but don't blame when the "a" and "n" are next to each other, almost.
But Pukwana is an interesting town name, and I also love saying it for some weird.
Pukwana only has about 285 people, so that means it's a town I wanna go to.
Finally, Pukwana is located in Brule County.
42. Tennessee- Sweet Lips
Tennessee was another interesting one. They had cities like Smartt and Ducktown. Red underlines, of course.
But this is about Sweet Lips. I know what it means, and what it sounds like. But let's stay PG here.
Sweet Lips is located in Chester County, and it's first settlers arrived in 1820.
Some history there, no?? I actually learned something here, lol.
43. Texas- Bigfoot
Texas is such a big state. Actually, it just ranks 2nd in population, area, and economy in the states. But still. Texas has so many towns, and out of all those, I chose Bigfoot.
That's right, Bigfoot is a town in Texas. I guess people still believe in Bigfoot here? I mean who doesn't? It's Bigfoot; and Bigfoot has to have a capitalized letter B if you don't want that red underline to appear under it.
Bigfoot is located in Frio County.
44. Utah- Mexican Hat
Ahh yes. Mexican Hat. Utah has that. Looks like all the Mexican restaurants here have Mexican hats for all the workers.
Mexicans will sure be proud, no?

They're dangerous, but they're fun.
Why?

Ahh yes. Chugwater. Looks like people love to chug water here.
But if you drink too much, you will die. So behold!
Well, not really, because they must already know that. But just in case you didn't, here you go.
It's also really, really pretty here I hear.
Chugwater is located in Platte County.
And lol, Frio County? That means "cold" in Portuguese, which is what we are suffering in Brazil lol
These are very stupid names to put in a city, but I cannot complaint. In Brazil we have worse ones lol
