Eurovision Song Contest 2021

+2
Edit: Italy won this year's contest with the song "Zitti e buoni".

These are the songs from the Eurovision Song Contest this year for anyone that is interested. There seems to be extra excitement this year since the contest was cancelled last year due to the pandemic and many artists selected for the 2020 contest are coming back for 2021. Additionally, the Eurovision movie seems to have introduced many non-Europeans to the contest. The Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Rotterdam from 18 May to 22 May.

I have created a Eurovision 2021 Countries Quiz for anyone that has interest in taking it.

If you have any interest in listening to any of the songs, I have attached YouTube links to the songs. :) You just need to click on the name of the song. If you have any opinions or personal rankings of the songs, feel free to leave them in the comments :)

If there is any incorrect information present in the following blog, please write a comment so I can correct it.

Great Blog!

And to all the people who argue Cyprus is in Europe because of this contest, does that mean Israel is in Europe too? Does that mean Azerbaijan is in Europe?

I used to look forward to watching Eurovision, but in recent years the voting appears to have become very political. Whether this is true has been the subject of much debate. Plus I'm getting old and some of the music is not my style. I thought that the Russian entry of 2012 by Buranovskiye Babushki was excellent and deserved to win just for the humour element. Sadly they didnt win!

Watch it here

Watch the Netflix comedy with Will Ferrell in it. It's hilarious, although you might think otherwise towards the beginning. Persevere, because it gets super funny later on.

I may try to watch it but Will Ferrell is one of my most hated actors. I don't know why but I can't make myself like him.
