It might be slightly unfair cause Italy's been an automatic qualifier since 2011, but very neat visual nonetheless! Another country that might be interesting to consider is Ukraine (highest average placing total, never missed a final)

Well, to be fair, the only time Sweden DNQed was in 2010, and Italy didn't participate that year.
