Dividing the amount of quizzes taken by the amount of trees planted gives the number of quizzes taken in order to plant a tree:

Since my own quizzes have been taking 93,221 times, diving that by the amount of quizzes taken in order to plant a tree would show that amount of trees the Arbor Day Foundation has planted based on my quiz takes:
