Small Additions - Filter by Language, Sorting Users and Recent Blogs

In the latest wave of additions to JetPunk, we have Filters by language, which will filter a user's quizzes by a language of choosing if they have created quizzes in more than one language.

On top of this, you can now sort users by various factors in All User Created, but only in the by-letter areas.

Finally, the last addition today is the inclusion of Recent User Blogs, which allows you to see the recent blog posts of all users on the site!

There were also some minor fixes and additions which aren't worth mentioning apart from the fact Scheduled Quizzes will now actually be scheduled! Sorry about that.
