18. Galicia

I honestly don't understand this flag. Why is there a missing cross? What are them things around the trophy? 

17. Ceuta

The coat of arms is a copy of Portugal's flag and the shapes look a bit weird. Sorry Ceuta but it needs to be better. Oh and it rhymes.

16. Balearic Islands

Why is there a part of the castle floating over. Also I don't think a castle should work and the blue doesn't clash well with yellow and red.

15. Valencia

What are them at the side of Valencia's flag. Are they flowers? If they are why have they put them with stars. Like the Balearic Islands I like a Senyera pattern. Lots of them have it though.

14. Extremadura

It is a distinctive flag and the colours are ok but like other flags the coat of arms seem weird. The crown looks weirdly shaped and very long. There are some issues but stuff like the colours and being distinctive rank it further down.

13. Melilla

The crown is a bit too big and I don't know why two poles are together with a badge and there are a bit too many colours on this flag.

12. Murcia

The flag isn't too bad but what are them objects there. However the dark red fit well together which makes it rank lower towards the number 1

11. Cantabria

It's good but it looks partly like Indonesia's flag and the red and blue do not clash well with each other in my opinion.

10. Aragon

A senyera pattern with a coat of arms is always good. It adds lots more detail to the flag however there are a few issues with the flag.

9. Asturias

It's simple but the cross looks a little strange. I can't really say more because there isn't much to talk about.

8. Catalonia

Great flag but it looks more like a country than a subdivision because it just has a senyera pattern and nothing else.

7. Andalusia

Great distinctive flag and the green and white clash well but why is somebody playing a fiddle?

6. Castille La Mancha

There is white on it so it is not short. The castle isn't too bad and the colour scheme is good.

5. La Rioja

Very excellent flag. Coat of arms might be a bit complicated but well done La Rioja for making a cool flag

4. Navarre

The shape is cool and I like the red background. Great work Navarre.

3. Basque Country

Again this has the same shape but I have ranked it closer because it fills lots of the page.

2. Castille and Leon

It's like USA's Maryland flag but the flag is wonderful. Something just makes it stand out. Well done Leon

1. Madrid

The simplicity, the distinctiveness and many other things are great. This deserves number 1
