for most of it's history the U was not a very good program,they almost dropped football in the 70's only the last 25 yrs or so have they been good

Vacated wins should not be included, but "vacating" does not make sense. The team should have to forfeit games, not vacate.

How is Stanford not on this list? Even before the last season we had 676 wins, which of course is more than Cal.

What about all those Penn State wins vacated from 1998-whenever. Penn State shouldn't even be on here any more.

I'm strongly against the concept of "vacating" wins, especially in the case of Penn State. What happened was disgusting and wrong, but it in no way changes the fact that Penn State won those football games. The NCAA is kind of a farce at this point. It's time for a minor league system to replace it.
