For armadillo, it doesn't accept the correct (and shown) spelling of the word. Please fix.

Umm... is there a reason it's not accepting "armadillo" for armadillo?

Amoebae are not animals. They're protozoa - a completely separate kingdom, like plants and fungi. Just as you can't put avocado on this quiz, you can't put amoeba either.

And just to be clear, I know you put a statement that the quiz is not based on scientific taxonomy, but a disclaimer like that does not exempt you from meeting the definition of animal. If I put the same disclaimer on a quiz about plants that start with e, I could not reasonably include 'elephant', could I?

This is dependent on which taxonomy you're using, of which there are several, and no one "right" one, especially for colloquial or traditional taxa rather than scientific ones.

Am I the only one that was thinking about Finding Nemo while typing anenome? And not knowing how to spell it because I could only picture Nemo goes an-an-anonemone? Haha
