I know this is something you do on all the quizzes, but as a native Pittsburgher, it really causes me trouble that you accept the improper spelling of "Pittsburg". Invariably, it leaves me with an "h" at the beginning of the next answer, as I quickly move on. I was shocked, for instance, that Wembley Stadium was not in "hlondon". Accepting "Pittsburg" is basically the equivalent of accepting "Baltimor" or "Jacksonvill".

All 22, but Barcelona was a pure guess.

Absolutle agre wit tschutze. Considering how strict you are on spelling for everything else, allowing PittsburgH to be accepted with the incorrect spelling is very frustrating- even for non-Pittsburghers.

Yup, gotta agree with tschutzer as well. PittsburgH...if people get it wrong by forgetting the H, then that's there issue. If they put in Pittsburg and don't get the point, then sit there in silence without thinking to add the H, they should not be rewarded.

Can't Los Angeles be accepted for the Rose Bowl? accepting only Pasadena, isn't like only accepting only queens for Arthur Ashe Stadium?

queens isn't a city, its a borough. everybody knows pasadena as where the quiz bowl is. just like glendale instead of phoenix for the fiesta bowl.

Roland Garros is actually the name of the tournament (held in Paris), not the venue. The 3 main stadiums are called Court Phillipe Chartier, Court Suzanne Lenglen and Court no. 1. So if you want to have Paris as an answer, maybe you could put Parc des Princes as the question.

the fact that camp nou is so low shows just how clueless most americans are when it comes to football

Americans are very knowledgeable about football. It's that silly sport with the little round ball, with players flopping about whenever someone gets close to them that we don't care about.

Can't believe Old Trafford, one of the most famous stadiums in the world, is one of the least known here. Shows how many Americans use this site.

I thought Wembley Stadium was universal. I'm american and I'm like the only one who got all the foreign ones.
