Great quiz. Haven't heard the one for Genie. Please accept "democratic." Thanks!

Hate to say it, but doctor should be accepted for childbirth assistant! Also, maybe dame for medieval young female?

A few should be accepted:
a high ranking nobleman = dignitary
horse race = downs
widow title held = death certificate

Death certificate wouldn't work. The question is referring to the actual person, not the title she's holding.

The spelling of that surprised me. Was I the only one who though "dairy air" lol? I've never seen it written down.

Yes, it're "derriere" or, to be strictly accurate, "derrière"

I like the definition of downsizing, because it seems to me that "layoffs" is also euphimistic.
