Accept "Siamese fighting"? All the other answers seem to accept the species without the "fish" suffix.

surely a sea horse should be accepted for sea dragon (#6)?

Level 77
Jul 31, 2018
But it's not a seahorse, it's a seadragon. They're in the same family, but aren't the same. It's like saying you should accept "orangutan" when the answer is "human."

Can you add "Fighter Fish" as a type-in for "Siamese Fighting Fish"? In South Asia and Middle East, that fish is known as Fighter Fish. I actually had 3 of these myself, and have always called them Fighter Fish or Fighter.

Why is Humuhumunukunukuapuaa (triggerfish in Hawaiian) not accepted? It should be as it is the state fish of Hawaii. Commonly called Humuhumu...that's the first thing I typed

I second this, as pet stores very frequently call them "danios" or "zebra danios," from their scientific name Danio rerio.
