It is incredible to me how much more valuable the Yankees are than all other MLB franchises. There are 27 franchises and nearly $800 million between them and the 2nd most valuable MLB franchise, the Red Sox. Pretty crazy.

@Rittings...you know that when American Football was created it was primarily played with the feet right? Over the years it became what it is today. It amazes me how people speak with have knowledge about the subject that they're speaking on

YoungSinema - the UK also had a game that was played primarily with the feet but a young chap called Webb Ellis picked up the ball and ran with it. At least they then had the good sense to rename this new game as Rugby. 99 percent of the world call the round ball game Football (very occasionally it is Soccer) so calling the US game just football rather than American Football is confusing to a lot of people. Prefer Rugby to American Football as well!

@pmack18... well football(soccer) is the most popular sport in the world: I wouldn't call any other sports real sports because few countries outside USA have professional leagues for them.

I actually thought it was well known that Man U was the most valuable. I thought Man City would have made it, as well as PSG

Its really name all the football teams, and then the big cities baseball and basketball teams! But its fun, o and the big soccer ones.

Can we please elect an international official to decide what is and isn't a "real" sport. There seems to be a lot of personal bias regarding the issue.
