I never heard this before, so I looked it up on my favorite site.

"As hip hop progressed, the title MC acquired backronyms such as 'mike chanter', 'microphone controller', 'microphone checker', 'music commentator', and one who 'moves the crowd'."

But the original meaning is Master of Ceremonies.

That's your biggest complaint? I wonder how Santa Fe's elevation compares to the other world states you mentioned. Perhaps it's STILL the tallest.
