I'm not the only one who hasn't heard of Iroquois Nations then!

"Five W's of Journalism" through me off because they refer to pretty much every form of writing, not just journalism.

Umami? What does that even mean? Off to look that up (along with the 'tools' of baseball - who knew?)...

I'm from New York, it'd have been bad if I didn't get all the Iroquois...in fact, there is also a 6th tribe: The Tuscarora joined after, just over 50-years before the Revolutionary War. When I went to camp as a child, the different camp groups were named after the Iroquois tribes.

I think I said this on a different quiz but I'd be sending my Mojito back if they used lime juice in place of fresh (muddled) limes. Yes, technically it's the juice that you're drinking but "lime" should also be acceptable.

Both 'soda' and 'club soda' should be accepted for soda water. As a former bartender I can tell you no one ever uses the term 'soda water'.

50/80 Had no clue what baseball tools, bowls or Iroquis nations even meant.

I added a bunch of soda variations as acceptable.

As regards the lime juice, I am using the IBA recipe:

Please don't accept gold for metal. Metal is correct. Gold is incorrect.

"Throwing" is a poor answer for the 5th tool of baseball. Anyone from a casual baseball fan to a baseball expert would say "arm strength" or a "strong arm" is a much more accurate way of phrasing that. I'm a baseball coach, and I couldn't even figure out what the quiz was looking for on that answer. Also, the official name of the national championship game is "BCS National Championship Game," so that should at least be an acceptable answer.

Fixed the BCS question. Added "arm strength" as an acceptable answer for throwing. Thanks!

I could only think of "writing" for the 5th Oscar category. Screenplay is the same thing, but the word would not come. Duh.

I though supporting actor/actress made up the big five, but direction and screenplay are obviously hugely important, so my mistake. Bloody W's of journalism, can't it be the W's of narrative writing? That's what i was always taught in primary school...

What is umami? And why is spicy not an answer? Unless thats what umami is...(if umami us spicy then that answer should be accepted!) Also, isnt "air" or "wind" an element also? And I put in Best Film, Best Movie, and Movie of the Year (tha last one is sort of weak but I just COULD NOT figure it out!) Shouldnt best film/movie be accepted?

Umami is a Japanese word that describes the savory taste of meat. So I think savory should be acceptable for umami.

@happygrrl spicy isn't an actually a taste zone. When something is spicy it's a combination of the different taste zones and the amount of capsasin present in the dish. Umami is the meal as a whole, focusing specifically on the subtle complexities of the dish.

I typed "BCS Bowl Championship" and didn't get it. Can this be an acceptable answer?

That will work now.
