never heard of Surfin' Bird...got it by pure luck. I'm surprised that War Pigs is so low. I'm guessing more people have heard the song, but just didn't know the name of it.

Actually it was written by Bob Merrill, who also wrote "Mambo Italiano" and the songs for "Funny Girl," to name his most well-known accomplishments. He may not be Gershwin or Sondheim, but he deserves better than being treated as if he were the anonymous creator of a traditional song, which "How Much . . . " certainly was not.
