The pic of Professor Plum reminded me...

When we played Clue, it was perfect with 3 or 6 players because everyone would be dealt either 6 or 3 cards, respectively, with the remaining 3 cards being the solution. But when you had 4 or 5 players, it wasn't fair because some would be dealt more cards than others.

Our solution was to use the 2 clue cards that had advertising/instructions on them, over-writing the text with either "POISON" or "SUICIDE", thus adding 1 weapon and 1 suspect for when we had either 4 or 5 players. Then every player would be dealt either 5 or 4 cards, respectively.

This, however, led to some interesting solutions: Mr. Body committed SUICIDE, in the CONSERVATORY with the CANDLESTICK.

You probably had Clue: Master Detective! It played just like the original, but had extra rooms, suspects, and weapons, including poison.

You may want to get more specific with the Blue Devils question. Central Connecticut State (a DI school) is also the Blue Devils.
