Got 100% on my 6th try. I'm guessing an excellent typist could do this in 40 seconds.

Did it in 45, but tried a couple abbreviations and nickname that I hoped would save me time, and ended up costing instead, like Abe and Ike.

Adams, Bush, Cleveland, Harrison, Johnson, and Roosevelt are the names you have to remember are on the list twice, and try not to type them twice. Otherwise, it should be easy for most.

If you know more than a handful of presidents, that is. Funny how a minute is such a long time for this quiz and yet so short for the ones I can actually do.

Thank you, They Might Be Giants, for increasing my score on this. "In 1842, the Democrats were split; the three nominees for the Presidential candidate were Martin Van Buren, a former President and an abolitionist, James Buchanan, a moderate, Lewis Cass, a general and expansionist. From Nashville came a dark horse riding up... he was James K. Polk, Napoleon of the stump."

I had to memorize all the presidents in order in 8th grade and I could still name the first 25 off the top of my head. It's been several years, so I'm quite proud of myself

Finished with 6 seconds to spare my first time through, but in spite of being both a fast typist and a bit of an amateur presidential historian, I can't seem to get it done in fewer than 35 seconds. I have been right on the cusp of getting it done with more than 25 to spare and I feel it is possible to do it, but so far I am stuck with 25 left in spite of many attempts. Hopefully this next time is the one!

Got all of them with 1 second left on my 8th try. I was thinking there's no way I can do this with another president added next year, but it's probably gonna be another clinton ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You should fix the typo in the answers column which says Grover Cleveland served from "1885-1889, 1893-189". Unless that is just how it is displayed, it should be 1893-1897, like it is in the quiz.

i learned them in 7th grade and never forgot them. Of course I've had to keep adding to the list since then. Still it took me a few tries before I could type fast enough to get 100%. Plus, I had to remember not to do the repeats because that would slow me down.

Why are people guessing long names like Washington, when in that time you can get Hayes and Taft, 2 for the price of 1
