I was in the same boat PotatoBoy, though of course electoral college votes seems obvious when you see it. I just saw your comment on the previous challenge as well. I'm sure you'll get another couple of solves soon and put the pressure on me again!

I got it. The answer is New Jersey. 13 numbers = 13 colonies, and the numbers are how many electoral votes each state has. In alphabetical order, it's missing 14 between 4 and 29, for New Jersey's 14 electoral votes.

Fitting time for this, right after a US election.
