One of the two answers that contains a number included the typed out number by default, so I (wrongly) assumed the other would too. That has now been fixed. I'm not sure what you're referring to about punctuation, though. You can leave it out because JetPunk doesn't care one way or the other, so you can leave out the & (or the word "and," for that matter), and you don't need to type periods or hyphens.
