Random US City To State - Multiple Choice

For each city given, pick which state that city is in. If there are two states with a city with that name, pick the one with the more populous city. i.e. if it were city to country, and La Paz was the city, and there were choices, Mexico and Bolivia, Bolivia would be the correct answer because La Paz, Bolivia is more populous than La Paz, Mexico. Answers change every time.
