But it isn't a European country. Spain has territory in Africa, eg Ceuta but it isn't an African country.

But Turkey’s army directly affects European politics, and a significant part of that army is located in the European part of Turkey. I think it makes sense to include it.

I think this ranking has a tendency to value the number of arms over its quality and military organisation.

I can't see how Belarus could win a war against Finland, for example.

I agree that Turkey should not be considered european, since the majority of its people live in Asia, while the majority of the russians live in Europe.

Writing it in the description just gives away 2 of the answers.

Other than that, I think right now it is very difficult to say where everyone belongs in the ranking. A lot of weapons have been given to the Ukraine, who do surprisingly good in defending themselves against Russia, which by this numbers is supposed to be 6 times stronger.

If only they (Putin) would swallow their pride and stop senselessly murdering people...
