Countries which can start WWIII (World War 3)

I can see the thought process for most of these, but Ecuador, Austria, New Zealand, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and Ireland? None of them are going to start a world war. None of them are going to start a war at all.

Plus, the EU, NATO, and BRICS aren't countries. NATO could logically start a world war - but the EU and BRICS are economic and political unions, not military.
