Could you accept Norfolk Broads?

I know that it's disputed but you omitted British Indian Ocean Territory as well as South Georgia (though that did appear elsewhere).

Thanks! Good point, I'll add Norfolk Broads.

I did specify in the caveat for that section only permanently inhabited overseas territories are included, mostly because the "capitals" of uninhabited territories like BIOT or South Georgia are a bit meaningless. I get that means it's an incomplete list, but this was just a personal choice.
