If I included more than one place in one country, for example, if I added more than one city in China, both of the answers would be the cities the picture was taken in which instead of China (the country) to separate the two answers. But if I just included one place in one country, the answer would be the country the picture was taken in. For the United States, the answer would be the STATE the picture was taken in, but this quiz also accepts the cities the pictures were taken in.

You are not consistent as to what you mean by "places". Country mostly, but sometimes state or even city. You need to decide which you want and put it in the instructions.
