Cities in English-Speaking Canada with a large Francophone Population

Canada is officially a bilingual country, with both English and French official at the national level. However, in reality the country is much more divided than it may seem, and Anglophone and Francophone spheres operate highly separate from one another. The French language is largely regional to the province of Quebec, however extensive Francophone communities exist in neighbouring regions.

Can you name every city outside of Quebec with at least 10% L1 French-speakers?

Population is by city proper, and only official cities with at least ten thousand people were considered
