Counties, Towns and Features of Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5) - with an SVG Map

Thank you! I have to admit I haven't played much of GTA, but it was one of the few maps from games I could find that had any sort of simple enough layout. For example I thought of doing Middle Earth, but there's no distinct boundaries and the map is far too convoluted!

Any ideas for maps would be greatly appreciated :)
