Fun fact: Nadia Van Dyne, the version of the Wasp featured in this quiz, is almost certainly inspired by Hope Van Dyne, the Wasp of the MCU. Nadia's first appearance was in 2016, after Hope Van Dyne's first MCU appearance in Ant-Man (2015), but still prior to her first appearance as the Wasp in Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018). Nadia shares many parallels with Hope, including being the daughter of the 1st Ant-Man (Hank Pym), using a suit for her powers, and having a name which means 'hope'. In light of these similarities, it seems fairly evident that Nadia is the comicbook version of Hope.

However, Hope, for her part, is not an original character created for the MCU. Rather, she is an adaptation of Hope Pym (a.k.a. the Red Queen), a villain who first appeared in A-Next #7 (1999). A-Next is comicbook series set in a future version of the Marvel Universe where the kids of many modern heroes have become heroes or villains themselves. As in the MCU, Hope Pym is the daughter of Hank Pym.
