City Triplets in Every U.S. State

Up for a challenge? For every state, you are given a single hint that describes a group of three cities in that state. For an extra challenge (and to make the number of boxes divisible by 3), Puerto Rico is also included! How many of these 153 cities can you name?
Only considering incorporated cities, so no towns, unincorporated communities, etc.
The only exception is Hawaii, which does not have incorporated cities
Population figures are always for city proper as of the 2020 census

...Correction, not nominated because of the new rule for quizzes over 100 answers. I would pursue an exception for this one with Quizmaster if possible.

Oops. The list I was using did not include Sheffield (probably because it's officially a "town" rather than a "city"). I will search for another triplet with a less ambiguous clue :)
