Guess the 1970s song lyrics #323

1978. This is one of this British bands' most recognizable songs. Very distinctive sound. The lyrics were inspired by a performance of a Dixieland jazz band playing in the corner of an almost empty pub in London. At the end of their performance, the lead singer announced their name. This band's lead singer found the contrast between the group's dowdy appearance and surroundings and their grandiose name amusing and it became the title of this song. The vocals have been compared to Dylan.
