LOTR: Residents of Middle-Earth: Rivendell

Name all the known characters from the Tolkien universe that resided in Rivendell, the Last Homely House. This includes the sons of the chieftains of the Dúnedain which were fostered in Rivendell. I am looking for all named characters mentioned in any of Tolkien's works, including the appendices. Only first names are required.
