Imagine that Bering Strait is connected to the Afro-Eurasian landmass and you start your journey at the southernmost point (South America). Going clockwise, name the countries or territories along the coast in order.
I'm not altogether certain if you included enough to-and-fro between Belgium and the Netherlands. It all depends, I suppose, on how far you go up rivers before you are deemed to have left the coast.
You're right in fact! However I count only natural water crossings, not the man-made ones. If I would count man-made water borders aswell I would definitely count the Schelde-Rijinkanaal which is divided in Belgium and the Netherlands. I was deeply thinking about these two countries and decided that only Westerschelde is counted. Anyway, there are many rivers all around the world, that divide the land in two countries and It would be almost impossible to make quiz like this absolutely correctly. :-)
