The friendliest countries in the world with foreign visitors... And the worst!
The list of countries ranked for friendliness comes from the Forum's newly-released Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Report, which gave scores on a scale from one, where locals made foreign visitors feel 'very unwelcome', to seven, for 'very welcome'.

From my own experience having travelled to 45 countries so far, I've found that generally Latin American, African, and South East Asian countries tend to be the friendliest with Eastern European countries and China tending to be the least. Other than my tour guide and hotel employees, people in the Middle East tended to be very stern especially the older they get it seems.
as a south american, i can say we are really friendly with foreigners! i'm colombian and people who visit us (mostly cities like medellin or cartagena) always say we are friendly people and they'll be glad to return. i've seen that asians tend to be least friendly with foreigners, specially old people(?. and europeans, well, i just know that french people dont like to speak english hahah
