I don't understand how Thailand could not make any such list. I followed the link to find out why.. and still don't understand. They had a bunch of different lists including "Best Experience for Expats" (Thailand is #1), Best Work-Life Balance (Thailand is #2), Best Health Care (Thailand is #7- this one actually seems a bit high but whatever), and countries where your money goes the furthest (Thailand is #10- this ranking seems very low since it puts them behind Hong Kong, Singapore, Russia, Bahrain, the UAE- all MUCH more expensive places to live than Thailand). Anyway, they are ranked at or near the top of all the other lists but don't make the overall list? Must have really tanked on income opportunity and quality of education for expat kids, which were the only other two criteria listed...
