I think you have two mistakes. The first one is very clear, which is that there IS a surah named after a woman, namely Mary (surah 19). The second is a bit more ambiguous, which is that Jerusalem is not mentioned by name in the Quran, as far as I know. What is mentioned is "Al Masjid Aqsa", literally "the furthest mosque", referring to the sacred place of worship within the city, and NOT the city itself. The land is mentioned in some surahs as the "land around which we have bestowed our blessing", but again, not by name.
