I'm not sure about any part of Kazakhstan being in Europe. The first non-European country I'd expect to see (if any) would be Turkey, as their territory does actually cross into the European continent.
It's cool that you included the European part of Kazakhstan (yes it does exist, the very western part lies west of the Ural mountains) but then you should also include the ~12 million Turks in Thrace aka west of the Bosporus strait, which is undoubtedly Europe.
