Guess the 20 countries with the highest emigration (people leaving) rate. This is based on net emigration per 1000 people in order to show what effect this plays on population growth (or shrinkage).

Also, not sure that DRC would show up anyway given that it has a pretty massive population. If you notice, pretty much every country on here is pretty tiny and/or sparsely populated with the notable exception of South Africa (in last place). The smaller populations means a mass migration is going to have a higher impact %wise. The biggest countries to crack the top 19 are Syria at 22 million and Somalia at 10 million and both of those countries have had, I daresay, more problems than the 3 you listed put together. You need some pretty severe anarchy and social upheaval to generate the kind of mass exodus that takes a significant chunk out of a population of 10 million + people.
